Please report any unsealed damage or anomaly in your apartment via the form below. 

Do not wait for the problem to get worse, you will be penalized when you leave. The damages resulting from your silence will be at your expense.

    Problems that may be the subject of a request for intervention (non-exhaustive list) : 

        • VMC
        • Sink stopper or chain 
        • Intercom to be fixed
        • Window, landing door, closet, interior doors to be adjusted
        • Shower head (used)
        • Toilet leakage or malfunction (scaling of the bowl)
        • Leaking plumbing, taps, drains
        • Defective sink gasket (danger: feeding the plates under the sink)
        • Defective sink/shower seal (poor sealing of the shower tray or shower enclosure can cause considerable damage)
        • Optical peephole use
        • Electric cooktop (cracked / curled or out of order)
        • Light points not working (after changing the bulb or neon)
        • Towel / toilet paper holder (to be repaired)
        • Problem of smell in the apartment
        • Refrigerator-freezer door (to be repaired or out of order)
        • Used iron chair leg guards (damages floor covering)
        • Curtain rod / double room curtain (folded or out of order)
        • Shower curtain too short or worn (water damage)
        • Doorbell does not work or needs repair
        • Thermostatic probe
        • Broken bed rail or slats
        • Faulty electric plate indicators (danger)
